Six to eight months of ageing in third- and fourth-use oak barrels adds volume and harmony without masking the identity of the terroir, preserving the freshness and tension that define Gualtallary.

Plot vinification
Gran Reserva
From this tier on, we work with plot-by-plot harvests and vinifications to read each sector of the vineyard with greater precision.
Fermentation in untoasted French oak vats and twelve months of ageing in second- and third-use barrels build wines of remarkable structure, depth and balance, where the oak supports rather than dominates. It includes our Grand Vin, the flagship blend of the tier.

Our highest expression of origin, crafted from plot-by-plot micro-vinifications that mirror the full diversity of the terroir.
Fermentation in concrete eggs and eighteen months of ageing in first-use French oak barrels lend texture and complexity, while keeping a taut, mineral profile of striking identity.

Cosecha Tardía Chardonnay
Born from Chardonnay grown at 1,380 m above sea level in our high-altitude vineyards. Bright and golden-hued, the nose unfolds a spectrum of ripe stone fruit, honey and delicate candied citrus.
The palate is unctuous and full, where natural sweetness lives in harmony with a vibrant acidity. A sophisticated, persistent late harvest that captivates through its balance, elegance and the mineral freshness of the Gualtallary terroir.
